Heather’s professional work spans eLearning design, instructor-led training, and creative consulting for organizations that value imagination and clarity in equal measure. As an artist, Heather works primarily in mixed media and collage, exploring color, nostalgia, and the joy found in everyday moments. Her art is vibrant and playful, often layered with texture and meaning but always grounded in fun.

In 2024, she opened The Artist’s Hoard, a cozy, colorful corner of creativity in Shelbyville, Tennessee. The space serves as both an art supply shop and community studio — a place where artists of all levels can learn, experiment, and share their work. She also co-organizes the Bedford Arts Collective, a group that hosts local art exhibits, crawls, and creative events that bring the community together through shared creativity.
