Resources and Tools Used: Adobe Express, Google Sites, Microsoft Word, Flipsnack, and Microsoft Excel

This assignment was a multi-part group project in which we were to identify and explain a problem in a business setting, create a team charter to define roles and responsibilities, complete a project plan, and develop deliverables to solve the identified problem.

Our group chose to solve the problem of a fictitious restaurant’s inconsistency in salad production. For our final deliverables, our group chose to create a Google site for the “restaurant management” to use to access all of the information needed to implement the project team’s plan to improve salad production performance. This site includes training packets for both management and employees, the training plan including goals, print-outs for management tracking, and learning personas.

I was assigned the role of Team Leader. I also designed the Management Training Booklet and assisted with other elements of the project as a lot of it was completed during team video conferences.
